Helo everyone, I had an interview scheduled with Cognizant on last week of Jan 2022 but due to technical error in Verification code I couldn't join interview lobby. I reported the same to the HR and I was told the interview will be rescheduled. Now there's no update from the HR. Could you please guide me how can I proceed or any email address to which I can inform to take the rescheduling process further.
Thanks in advance

Storytelling skills making it very clear on their action to business impact. Also, understanding value proposition of the product
I've found that confidence goes a long way (as long as it doesn't borderline arrogance). Many sales positions require confidence when engaging with clients/customers so this is something I rate highly.
Not to toot my own horn, but my interview at my current company was so good, it got other executives talking and word got around across the organization. Even executives on the west coast (I’m on east coast) got wind.
And then, 2 years after that initial role, my name was put forth as an internal candidate thanks to those impressions that got around.
Basically what I did was I made some printouts of the kind of work or analysis I did. For example, I took one of the company’s products and did an analysis of what they did a good job on, and what areas need improvements, and what I’d do to improve it. I also took an example of one of my custom made reports and created a template example of how I would create the same for the organization in order to show the type of insights I can generate. They were blown away by me going above and beyond.
This may be not be transferable to other people as it is role specific, but I think the key is to go above and beyond and show live examples of the type of work you can do. This is different than working for free - make sure you make that distinction and don’t fall into that trap
Story telling, answering the question I asked and not going off on a tangent.
Being able to verbalize how they close, handle challenging situations, and talk about sales and whether they made their quotas without becoming defensive.
I should say it's the confidence and the overall experience. You would know the person has experience on how he handles every situation with ease and confidence. It makes a lot of difference.
