So today I was promoted to senior associate after just over 5 years at the firm. But I still want to leave. So my question is this - how many months should I stay for the guilt (explained below) to fade away before I leave?

Guilt - the firm allowed me to work remotely in another country as I pursue a postgraduate degree. There are better opportunities in this country and the salary I would get as a starting salary here can never be matched by the firm.
