Over the last couple of months I’ve interviewed for a number of jobs and made it to second and third round interviews but never got an offer. My last interview was on Monday and I got feedback that I did not get selected because it did not seem like I was a a team player. I just got called about a job on Thursday, showing interest. They’re already back in the office so the job would require me to be. Said they’re classified as an essential business because most of their advertising is for healthcare. Is this a hard red flag? Really Seems like it.
