If you can swing therapy sessions, I'd recommend trying it out. If you find someone who's a good fit, talking to them can release a little bit of the weight that you're feeling. See if your company has resources or a "wellness budget" to cover wellness activities. Some insurance will partially cover it too.
Being outside or taking a short walk is helpful too.
This is going to sound lame but I promise it's meant to be helpful - try to keep meals balanced and stay hydrated. It's easier to stay in a rut when you aren't nourishing your body.
I just want to say it’s ok to sit there and do nothing for a while. Sometimes we need to just do nothing. I know the guilt you have for all the stuff you “should” be doing… it’s ok to just not do it for a while. Give yourself some grace.

Take time off or if you can remote work, travel/visit/crash with a friend for a change of scenery.
Get therapy.
Create and set a routine. Step outside. Exercise.
Don't force yourself to meditate if you can't. Do the simplest stuff like put on shoes, clothes and step out

I took fmla last year for about the same reasons and it did a lot for me
