For context: I have 10 years Salesforce consulting exp and looking for 225k total comp with 10% travel or less

Considering accepting a fully remote role and living in different cities for 6+ months at a time. Anyone else do this and have experiences to share?

I was forcefully released from HCL services saying my BGV is not clear and was released the very same day. Now I am being asked to pay for basic salary of 89 days notice period +18% GST.. WHAT TO DO PLEASE HELP. I am being asked to pay 1,65,000/- and I was forced to leave HCL in 22 days.
