The manager in Tallahassee tends to talk in circles like he doesn't know what he is doing. Schedules usually done last minute. Talk to higher ups but nothing is ever done but hours got dramatically reduced after I was in an accident. And won't let me get more hours if I try to talk to him he claims I'm being confrontational. I have been the longest lasting employee but can no longer tolerate it. I cared for the company that I believed stood by their values to not and loyalty means nothing.

When and how do you push back on people senior to you? Fifth year dealing with supersenior associate (11th year) who completely lacks good judgment & common sense. My company blames my generation for not being able to hire everyday. “You guys don’t want to work” coming from some overweight, racist, old coaster. I’ve barely taken any days off this year and pick up “skeleton crew” days any chance I get. I had a job interview for a role that I really want. The hiring manager scheduled me for an interview and did not show up. Emailed me an hour later stating that he got super busy and couldn’t attend, and would like to reschedule. This is a major red flag, but I can’t help but feel that I am missing out since this role pays 50% over what I currently make. Should I let the recruiter know? What’s your take on this?
