Hello, I am joining Google in 2 weeks, when I told my current manager they want me to push the joining by 1-2 weeks so that we have more time to transition. Will Google think that I am not serious about joining or if this is the very common?

Just found out that end of the year I will be promoted from analyst directly to VP and since it’s such a large jump I’ll be the lowest paid VP in asset management at only $135k TC. Should I stay it out and wait for TC to align or take the promotion and jump ship bc I will likely get paid more elsewhere given how recruiters/other companies eat up hiring recently promoted ppl from other firms?

I currently work as a blockchain developer where I develop smart contracts only, but I want to know more about how to setup the network, peers etc, like a Blockchain Architect. I have a basic understanding about these network things, and I want to dive deeper.

I was just offered an RN II position at Stanford Hospital’s B3 unit for $84/hour. Are there any RNs out there who can tell me what it’s like working on the unit and if it’s worth leaving my job for? I love my current job, my schedule and the people. I have no problems with it except that it’s 1.5 hours away from my family and it pays $25/hour less than Stanford.

I was in my ideal body weight until the last couple of months when I gained weight (I stopped working out and I was not eating healthy at all).
