We have mandatory training at our company (based in UK) which includes stuff like GDPR, Prevention of Sexual Harassment, Health & Safety, etc. We were previously handling the PSH training by booking live seminars but it's not always been viable at busy times of year. We trialled an elearning platform (iHasco) recently which was good in theory but the content was hit and miss with some being good and others too long or generic. What has your company been using to offer compliance training?

Currently I work for a small company that does the construction of small cell utility poles and roof top sites for the major cell carriers like VZW, T-mobile, AT&T and so on. I am a project coordinator but I do everything under the sun. Created project tracker. So someone I know asked HR about a boot policy. Have you ever taken a career slow down? I am feeling burnt out from COVID and the incremental responsibilities thrown my way over the last 5+ years. I feel like my health has deteriorated. I like my company, but I want to do less. I don’t need to be a HR Director, CHRO, etc. With a career slowdown, I am prepared for a lower compensation and would want decent benefits. Now I got married and moved to UK , plus we have got a baby in 2019 so now I am looking for a job in UK having 3 years of career break. Although, I am getting CIPD lvl 7 diploma this year. I am not ready for team leader's role now . So my question is about HR area, where could I find a job with my only Russian experience? HR generalist, C&B analyst, HR BP, recruiter?
