What budget app should I get? I’m happy to pay a monthly or annual subscription. I’ve been recommended YNAB (You Need a Budget) but I’m not sure if there are better ones out there.

If you had 2 mortgages at the exact same interest rate (1 is a 15 year and the other is a 30 year), does it make sense to put extra payments (say 400 per month) towards one or the other? Can anyone recommend good investment options in Bank of America HSA account? I feel their funds are very limited compared to what I have seen from 401k and IRA. Anyone recommends your HSA account?

I just heard recently that if you refinance and your house appraises at 20% more than the amount owed, you can remove PMI. Is this correct? Getting a divorce and trying to keep the house but moving from a VA to a traditional loan and would rather not pay PMI if I don’t have to. House was purchased for $460k no money down (VA loan), refinanced at $450k to lower payments $400/month, now have $430k left on the loan... would it have to appraise for $516k?
