I have recently joined EY SaT group as senior consultant recently in Netherlands. I’m tripple masters in MS economics, MBA and MS business analytics. Have 4 YOE in different industries but no M&A experience specifically. Any ideas what company should be offering me? I’ll be working as expert on commercial due diligence, FDD and valuation teams and doing automation alongside. is it wise to demand higher salary or promotion soon after I have proven that I can work and do it better than most?EY

At 28 I was an engineer and I just started an MBA. I was making about 100k all in and left for 210k. My advice is figure out what you want to do that will pay you where you want to be and work backwards from there. Maybe going back to school isn’t the right thing for you, but if you aren’t happy then change it.

Managment/ Software - we have set standards for productivity, efficiency etc and help clients w/ improving on them
I would jump if the money thing bothers you a lot. But if it’s a great job and you’re happy then it doesn’t matter how much others are making
Thank you
