Had one informal coffee, followed by a Zoom interview with four additional attorneys, and then an in-person interview with the practice head and the hiring partner (who was present at all of these). Talks went very well, and conversation ended with how they just needed to talk to the people responsible for next steps(finance). Last meeting was one week ago. Big firm. Not a posted position so I’m the only candidate. Am I am being impatient?

I work as a Business Development Manager at a sports club.. I’ve been given a couple of months “trial” in the 6 figure and above sales in which I don’t see going back to my other role on lower sales. About to turn down a job offer that would nearly double my salary after speaking to several former associates of the firm and hearing some not so great things.
