Does anyone here work for Silicon Valley Bank? They recently acquired Boston Private. I’m a candidate for a job at Boston Private. Wondering if SVB is planning layoffs in the near term at BP? Also, does anyone know the anticipated benefits to be rolled out from SVB as the parent company? Specifically interested in health insurance providers. Thanks in advance for any information! They just messed up a pitch we have to cover for them now as well. I know KC is gonna turn it around there, but time time is ticking.
See? They didn’t lose, they DECIDED not to win 🤨

Did they lose all of the Mondelez brands? Or just Oreo? If it was JUST Oreo, they might be okay. If they lost all of Mondelez, then yea, they might be facing some layoffs.
Yep, ALL!
I think them being positioned as one of these Omnicom boutique agencies makes it difficult for them to find a place in the industry.
If you were hiring an agency and wanted a boutique/independent style place, you’d probably go for a true boutique/independent agency. And if you wanted a HoldCo agency, you’d probably go with one of the slightly bigger network ones.
Is Oreo that big? I thought a lot of it was in house…
The Martin Agency used to be one of those hot agencies everyone clamored to work at. Seems like it’s going the way of CP+B after Bogusky’s second return.
Who’s to blame for what’s been going on there recently?
Feels like they lost the one thing that made them "hot": great work. I don't think they've had a high creative bar for a long time. That's starts with the CCO.
