Hello 🦈s,
Role: SAP ABAP
Current: 8 LPA
I am having offer from LTI for 10.5 Fixed & 1 Mouritech for 12 LPA Fixed.
I have also cleared PwC India interview & HR has told me that they can give me 10.5 as Fixed (Before 12 offer). I have not yet received the offer letter.
Now my question is will PwC consider this offer for the re-negotiation? Or will they not release the offer letter itself?
Also what should be my ask for a SAP ABAP Developer with experience of 3.3 Years?
Thanks in Advance 🙏

McKinsey & Company Has any industry experienced candidates pivot to MBB Engagement Manager before? My roommate works at FAANG as Senior Analyst (Ops, 6+ YOE) and was approached by McKinsey & Company recruiter for an EM role. He hasn’t done consulting before. Would this be too much of a risk? His goal is to pivot to PE S&O eventually.

CSR if you are traveling
CSP
CSR, double cash, and Citi Premier
You want to get the double cash and citi premier because together you can get 2X points on everything, which is great for non bonus category spending
I have an AmEx gold bc most of my expenses are food related and so are the benefits. I consider food as a part of my going out budget so it’s worth it. I have my a cash rewards card (red one) from BoA that I select online shopping as my 3% category for cash back so it kind of balances out

Chase Sapphire Reserve/Preferred
If your company offers a business Amex, you qualify for a discount on Amex annual fees so definitely consider that. Be sure to check RESY for good sign up offers.
Other than Amex the typical answers are usually CSP/CSR with chase freedom unlimited + flex to pool the points.
I also recommend blue cash preferred if you do a lot of grocery shopping. If you’re brand new to credit cards, I always recommend the combo of Discover It + Chase Freedom Flex to people who want to take their credit game seriously.
+1 for blue cash preferred too. 6% on groceries & streaming (i have youtube tv instead of cable) has been great. I use CSP for dining/travel and it’s a good balance personally. Also have to look up those discounts on the annual fee, thanks for mentioning!
