In DXC, PF amount is not credited in to EPFO directly.
We have UAN and it looks like not activated.
How can we transfer PF amount from DXC to EPFO portal?
There is no relevant response from DXC till date.

Any tax accountants/attorneys in here? What would happen to the 401k of a foreign worker if they cannot longer maintain an immigration status and have to go back home? What about a ROTH 401k? Assuming they made after-tax contributions, would they still be able to take tax-free distributions if they are non-resident aliens for tax purposes?

I’ve been working as a vp of BD for the past year for a startup IB and I had hoped that it would get me a conversation for moving forward in the industry but I can’t seem to get a second look from most places. I started my new job completely remotely in June and when we go back to the office, it would be a 1.2 hour, 40-mile one way commute.. Would it be entitled of me to ask to come into the office 3x/week since by the time that we return to the office, I’ve already proven that I can work efficiently from home? I feel like it’s a much more sustainable option.
