I am pregnant and don’t feel pregnant most of the time. I’m only 6 weeks so have to wait awhile before any visual confirmation. And then you worry about all the ones after that before 24 weeks or so. How do you cope? I am trying to be positive. I’ve had a miscarriage before so I’m nervous as well. I try some calming meditation and things like head massages but that lasts an hour tops!!

Now I got married and moved to UK , plus we have got a baby in 2019 so now I am looking for a job in UK having 3 years of career break. Although, I am getting CIPD lvl 7 diploma this year. I am not ready for team leader's role now . So my question is about HR area, where could I find a job with my only Russian experience? HR generalist, C&B analyst, HR BP, recruiter?

I have a student who only comes to school two days a week and then only for 1 hour. He tells me I have to pass him so it doesn't matter. This is very frustrating. I knew this student hates school and often states he is stupid. I just do my best to encourage him. Build confidence. Any ideas to encourage him more? By the way, taking to his parent does nothing.

Wife is 35 weeks pregnant and recently tested positive for Covid. Symptoms are mild to moderate. Doctor’s say no impact to baby if symptoms continue to remain under control. We are vaxed and boosted so not as worried about our recovery. More worried about the baby at this point. Anyone with similar experiences to share? TIA

So, after a year of not so quietly making it known that I wanted to make the transition from the tech side to the business side I have officially been extended an offer to take on a Project Manager internally (coming from a software configurer). The client I have been assigned to has many of our products, however, the specific project I have been assigned to is a problem child and has damaged the companies relationship with the client. Her status in the US is currently complicated and she doesn’t have a green card(tho she’s working on it), my wife(her daughter) is American.

I want to report this to the FBI’s elder fraud department but I don’t want to complicate her situation even more.

Does anyone know if criminal stuff like this and immigration related things are separated?

I’d like some independent views please, on a financial decision my wife and I are about to make. We’re looking to buy our first/dream home and the property is valued at $1.25m. We have savings of $250k and our HHI is c$350k, with no debt. We will probably exhaust our savings on the deposit and closing costs. A $1m with mortgage at 6% with property taxes is c$8k/month. Advice and/or consolation anyone? My wife and I (both above average health 30year olds) were trying for 11 months before getting pregnant and then had a week 5 early miscarriage a few months back.
