What is the next best step?

I am 20 years old, in NSW Australia. I have been in automotive sales since 18, started in Nissan, moved to Toyota for a better package.

I started a business buying and selling machinery attachments and then machinery itself when I was 15 -18, so I have some experience.

Any advise on where I should take my next step? What to look for? I have been interested in working overseas & in another part of Australia.

So i have been fortunate that i have managed to go through my career without the need for a degree. I was lucky enough to have been hired by one of the worlds top consulting firms, worked with a whole lot of big clients and travelled a lot. It's gotten to the point where I am not even asked about the lack of a degree on my resume. Personally though, it bothers me. I have a whole bunch of certifications in my industry…but just no formal degree. (cont'd)

I have a younger family member (almost 13) who is very interested in cybersecurity. How can this person learn and grow in a safe manner if he/she isn’t near a city with youth clubs and etc? Idea is to reinforce ethics, but this material is far too advanced for the parents.
