Hi,
I had received a shortlisting call from Axis Bank. The HR told me link will be shared where I need to update my documents.
I didn't receive any link and HR confirmed that there is some system issue hence link has not come.
Now, it has been 4-5 days, HR is not receiving my calls.
Is someone aware about such issue with Axis Bank HR portal? Axis Bank Ltd

If you're worried about how it'll impact your career, I wouldn't do it. We can't say how everyone will view that so I wouldn't have one more thing cut against me with partners who may view it as low class and associated with poor decision or a possible need to stand out in a negative way in what is supposed to be a white shoe firm.
I know people are going to hate this, but when I get asked out by men with very visible tattoos, I assume they don't care about being upper class (something I worked my way up to from poverty) or they put dumb things above securing that for themselves by indicating to others that they're lower class and they're usually not upper class so it's a good indicator they're not working/not going to work as hard for the security I worked for.
I don't personally think about that at all in the workplace cus it's an inappropriate way to judge colleagues (and the best lawyer that I know had gaged earrings!), but you may be fighting with a negative perception that you don't get it and don't want to be/belong in a white shoe environment from the powers that be.
I have a ton. They can all be covered by a suit but if I wear short sleeves or a work dress you can see them. No one’s made a comment about it. The only tattoos that would cause a problem are those they can’t be covered by a suit.
A bunch of associates at my firm (all on the younger side) have tattoos that are visible in our regular office attire (polos, rolled up button downs) and no one has ever said anything to us. I’m planning on getting a forearm tattoo in the fall and don’t foresee any issues.
I have 10 years in biglaw, lots of tattoos, none that shows when I’m wearing a suit (i.e., every day). Never had an issue
