What's the market like for a Global L&D / Digital Learning Lead (Manager/ Senior Manager like for fully remote roles?

I've seen a research document saying that for L&D roles, there is a 36% reduction in remote roles being advertised and a 32% reduction in hybrid roles being advertised. Just want to see if people think that's accurate? I have been fully remote in two companies for the last 5 years. I am looking for my next role, but worried about the viability of finding remote roles.

I am about to finish a 6 month bootcamp and I am a single mum. Is it realistic for me to find a remote working job or working in the office during term time (school hours) and working from home during the holidays/evenings. WFH Vs WF Office Vs Hybrid, Which one should you take?
If you are fresher, go for a WF Office setup. You will learn things beyond your work. In the initial phase of of your career, one needs to focus more on learning than on comfort. The interactions at office, meeting with collegues, conversations at the cafeteria, sense of responsibilty, the need to walk up on time to reach office etc will shape you for better.

Once you have a work experience of few year then any setup is fine. Go for WFH.

Does anyone know whether there’s a red tape type reason an associate couldn’t transition to fully remote in another state? I work in New York office but team based in Charlotte office so already technically remote but considering a move to a state where we don’t have an office. Partner wouldn’t care so wondering if there’s potential admin/tax issues.

Looking to transition my career from Sales into a Learning and Development or training role. Any tips on how to get my foot in the door somewhere without having a lot of specific experience? I’m a quick learner with a lot of tech industry experience, and knowledge of various systems.

I applied for a Director Learning and Development (L&D) role at McKinsey about a month ago via a referral. About a week ago, my McKinsey employee (who referred me) received an automated email saying that I had moved to the pre-screening process of the recruitment process and that I'll hear from the recruiter shortly.

It's more than a week now and I haven't heard back. Can anyone shed light on the process -- what to expect, timelines, what is the interview process like, etc.

I am currently an HR professinal of 3 years with past background as a teacher/advisor in higher ed. I am aiming to pivot to a more L&D, training specialist type role in order to leverage the skills obtained in both areas. It would be the perfect career for me. Need some benchmarks: What would average/good survey results be for a leadership skills class (instructor-led)? We ask for the participant’s experience (did you like it, would you recommend, etc.), and also send an impact survey out 2 months later to their manager (have you seen positive behavior changes since training). Our experience survey is at 92% positive and impact to behaviors is at 83% positive. Anything I can compare to in order to share the story with leadership?
