As an account management recruiter I say if you get a10% increase, that’s about all you should expect. If you feel you deserve more, ask your current employer to give you a 15% raise. That’s not likely to be given. Today, most agencies are giving their best people 4 to 8% bumps. If 10% isn’t enough to move, I would recommend staying until you get a promotion. After all, you’ve only been in the industry 2 years

Well there are salary bands everywhere so if the band for an ae is 38-50 at the new place and you're at 45, you're only getting 5k more and that's it. Stay and wait until you're ready to be a sup?
