Hi, I'm leaving Citi in 2 months. It's hard to make this decision. I have an offer from a small startup. In citi, my previous experience was not considered and was reskilled to different tech which is the reason for change.I don't like to exit citi. As I like the company so much. But considering my current knowledge,I am in the middle of the sea.I am afraid now that the new company's offer would be revoked due to this recession?Or can I take back my resignation in citi before the last working day.Is this wise decision?

I am currently certified in property management and I realized it was the right fit for me the day I started as a leasing agent. But CM is not for everyone and it really depends on the work culture/team. I realized that my mental health and feeling burnt out was because of my lack of boundaries. Once I got a grip on reality I was able to prioritize, delegate, say NO, and get things done. If you are really interested try researching your local association/ job boards to see if it’s the right fit!
You’re welcome!
It's a sad thing because I am currently thinking that being a Community Manager is not the right job for me. I have been doing very poorly with what I do lately and it's taking a toll on my mental health.
You wouldn’t be where you are if you weren’t capable! Look up your local association for resources in trainings that can help you manage/excel in your responsibilities. You got this!
