It depends. My financial goals are to retire early, so that raise would satisfy that for me.

That's a pretty substantial raise, so it would definitely grab my attention. Lower job satisfaction could mean any number of things, so I'd want to get some idea of how things would be different. And, well, just how rotten they would be. For a 30% bump, I could put up with a measure of dissatisfaction, but there would be some limit to what I'd accept.

Not at the stage I'm at now. Job satisfaction is worth way more than 30% for me.
Coach Izzo from Michigan State was asked to by he didn’t go coach in the NBA for lots more money. He answered,”don’t mess with happiness”. If you chase money, you won’t ever catch it. The job will get to the point you need more to make it worth it.

A 30% raise for a 100k+ job is great! Not so much for a 50k job… so I would need more context and terms.
Depends on the stage of life you are in. If young, I'd probably consider it.
