Would you invest in real estate in Miami - as a pure financial move - despite the sea level rise?

I have an impromptu review tomorrow and am hoping to negotiate a higher salary as my role has been expanded since hired, and we have lost a designer with no intention of hiring anyone to fill the position. Hoping to get some comparable salaries to see where I stand and what to ask for.

Seeing how 401k’s, ira’s etc..are mostly based in stocks. What happens if we have another Great Depression and the stock market crash’s. Can you change your 401k contribution amount specifically for bonuses, in the fidelity 401k? You can do this for Schwab 401k but not seeing an option for fidelity

I racked up about $20k in credit card debt due to a confluence of things happening at once (move, school expenses , etc ). I have a fair amount of paper assets but not a much free cash. I ask because I’ve let my credit spending get a bit lax since moving and adopting a puppy recently, so I haven’t been paying them off in full every month like I used to (though still well above the minimum payment, and keeping utilization at 30% or under). Combined outstanding student loans for me and spouse $$70k.
Do you recommend pay down quickly a la Dave Ramsey, pay minimums and invest the rest, hold out hope for student loan forgiveness or something else?

VOO. I predominantly use Schwab’s robo advisor and have consistently been 8% below S&P 500. (1) based on the historical performance of VOO, am I better off shifting all of my retirement and brokerage accounts to VOO? (2) how do I do that? How should I go about this? I'm guessing no because businesses will fight hard against this (customers subsidize wages) and certain servers benefit from tipping as well.

Only other thing I can think of is if everyone collectively decides not to ever tip again and it forces business to change. Won't happen though.
