Before you go: Embrace the 'upside' of stress.
Telling yourself not to have anxiety is actually more likely to make you even more anxious. So “embracing” the stress that bubbles up before your interview, and mentally preparing yourself for it, can actually help reduce the anxiety you feel as a result.
If they’ve selected you for an interview, it means they already liked your profile. Relax, be yourself.
You know your shit. You got this!!!

Good luck!
Honestly, I love the first interview. Because you’re new and you can be anyone you want to be.
On their end, they hope you’re going to be the talent they need so the conversation is more of a breath of fresh air.
It’s not until the job actually starts that the stress begins. Because hopes and fresh air turn into deadlines, deliverables, and real expectations.
It’s never personal. Probably just wasn’t the right fit for them. But it has nothing to do with your talent. Keep being you. And the interviews will keep coming. Sooner or later, you’ll meet a couple CDs and it will feel so natural that it won’t even feel like an interview. Give it time. You’ll shine.
You don't, just focus on showing who you are as a professional and as a person, try to be memorable.
