Anyone know salary range for associate director CAS team at kpmg?

Hi Management Consulting/Advisory folks!
Which is better out of the two:
-EY India: Consultant role in Business Consulting (x Fixed , 1L joining bonus, variable as per performance)
-PWC India: Associate role in Advisory/Management consulting- Operations ( x+50k fixed, 2L joining bonus, variable as per performance)
Primary criterion for me is learning, growth prospects, culture and secondary monetary.

Trying to guage my current compensation and if I lowballed myself when taking the offer.

Just started as a product manager with 2 years of other experience (coordinator, specialist, and associate) at 85K in Michigan.

Different organizations lay differently given their location and size but let me know your thoughts!

Total YOE 7 years & current 12 lpa

1- CTS offered 18 lpa as Sr. Associate (5% bonus included)
2- Mindtree offered 22 lpa with Module Lead C3 band(12% bonus included)

Considering the same job profile/location i.e Gurgaon.

Tech Stack: Sr. Android Application Developer.

Kindly help to choose.

Any junior associates that can recommend a recruiter that got them a fat signing bonus? I’m a 2020 corporate associate at a V10 and don’t see myself staying in Big Law for very long. I want to look at options for taking advantage of the signing bonuses (to help pay down loans) before exiting. (Also would be curious to hear anecdotal data on signing bonuses for 2020 corporate associates.) Thanks!

Anyone know if and what the signing bonus for experienced hires without an mba at the associate level at Kearney is?

Considering making a lateral move as a biglaw (Kirkland/Sidley/Cleary/Paul Weiss type firm) mid level litigation associate in a major market to a similar firm in the same market. I don’t dislike my current firm or work, have very strong reviews, and good relationships with some key partners. Main motivation for lateraling is for potential of a significant signing bonus given the current landscape, and general uncertainty about future at my current firm. Would appreciate any advice/insights.

Associate title (lateral but somewhat downgrade) title, with possibility of being promoted to VP after one year and 20% salary increase; 2. I’m at a T2 and have an offer for MBB at junior associate level but also buy side analyst role at a LMM PE fund. Pay would be similar MBB - higher base, PE - more potential bonus (up to 100%). Any advice on what to do. The fund is small (c. 2b over 4 raised funds) and somewhat no name while MBB is known.

As a newish partner in a law firm, name something you found out that shocked you only after you made partner. I’ll go first, in the 15 years between when I was a law clerk to when I became a non-equity partner, my firm’s profits per equity partner amount doubled. Associate comp went up 20k in the same time period.
