5YOE. 2.5 in consulting. 80k. I found a startup role that I know I would really enjoy doing. Lower pay but is a manager level. Currently mentally ready to exit consulting. Should I consider the pay cut for a more fulfilling, less taxing job? Will that impact my salary negotiations long term?

Talking to a SF based startup for a Senior Brand Manager role, what’s the salary and perks should I be talking? The company just raised 100M, I have 18yrs experiences in the industry, but from an agency background.

Hi, Could someone please advise salary range for manager (program manager/delivery roles) with DD in Toronto, Canada region. TIA.

Have a offer from Deloitte (SAP Treasury) at Manager Level. Based out of NYC. Base- 170K, 15K Sign- on bonus. Not sure about the annual bonus yet. I have total 16 YOE and am very strong in this field.
PS- I an independent consultant and was doing very well (way above the Deloitte offer) until Covid hit

Curious for insight from others with similar experiences. I was at a national firm for 4 years, left due to burn out for a corporate accounting position, hated it. Came back to public at a regional firm, where I’ve been for just over a year. Im already getting burnt out again and doing WAY more than my salary should expect. Are all S&O manager roles L4-6? Interviewing for a role which asks for min 5 YOE. I only have 4.5 - I’ve only interviewed for more junior positions at G so when the recruiter asked for my comp expectations I was honestly unsure. What should I be asking? When you have multiple offers and all are the same monetarily how do you identify which one is a better role?
A manager at cognizant and a manager at big4 are different even if their salary and title is the same. The exit opportunities from big4 is much better...how then should we compare offers?

Program manager salary at Slalom?

On the cusp of being promoted to L6 but have an L5 equivalent offer at Stripe (better comp than current TC of 305, though). Role is essentially the same, although hiring manager claims I'll advance faster at Stripe. Thoughts?
