I live in Frisco and have a 4PM DFW flight and a 1PM Uber to get me to the airport. Any concerns about me getting there on time or flights being cancelled due to flooding?

Where do singles hang out for happy hour after work? I'll drive to just about anywhere in DFW.

It is easy to see more homes coming up for sale in DFW as the are sitting on the market longer and have seen a lot of price cuts as well.

Question: Is now a good time to buy or wait till Q1/Q2 next year?

I know the saying " the best time to buy is when you can afford" but I am trying to understand the expected market.

What would my position be called? Currently I oversee two of our biggest revanue streams into the practice. Two different modalities of treatment for depression and anxiety. I have 4 people directly under me that I administer their work lists and oversee their progress daily. I’m the liaison for all our contracts with distributors and local pharmacies. On a good week I’m juggling about 50-80 different accounts across the DFW. If looking for new job what would my position be called?

Has anyone used the “Make an Offer” to upgrade to business class w Lufthansa? Flying DFW > FRA and paid $700 to upgrade and curious about the “make an offer” program for the return flight. It could be ~$150 less than my initial upgrade price paid BUT I won’t know if they accept until 3 days prior to departure. Worried the seats could be gone and then I’ll be stuck in economy for 11 hrs. WWYD?

Do people recommend the AA credit card if you live in a AA hub (DFW, Charlotte, etc.)? Feel like the $99 bucks for preferred seating is worth it especially for international travel but it’s also American and don’t know if people have had bad experience with it. Looking for advice: I am at a smaller agency 20> people and I’ve gotten a pretty good grasp of my role.

I’ve already gotten 2 raises over the last year and one of them being a promotion this year. Unfortunately I still make less than what I would need to make to live on my own in DFW.
