I got offered TC 200K for Dallas. I can also choose Los Angeles or San Francisco. How much should my TC for those two cities be to account for COL?

Just found out KPMG gave a 4K raise to the San Francisco Office but not the San Jose one. About to start tax in fall, should I reapply for sf? What are the chances of them adding the raise later on? Living expenses will be the same for me in both offices.
