Any recommendations for San Juan Puerto Rico? Going in a few days

Visiting San Diego for 4 nights in July. Staying in imperial beach area. Any recs?

170k in Chicago, Seattle, Miami or San Diego? What city to pick? I’ve realized that Miami in terms of taxes and cost of living is the best out of these four, but currently living in Chicago and I love it except for the fact it’s an empty Midwest and I hate the politicians here. Seattle is bad for weather, SD is great, but CA taxes are killing me. Your thoughts and pick?

Hi folks, I had a quick question around remote work. My office is in San Francisco but I worked remotely from NJ for clients on the WC. How should I answer the question, “did you earn income working remotely by providing the services in a different state than the state you originally engaged employment with it”? If it matters, I never set foot in CA.

Would appreciate feedback. Received a verbal offer this morning for Cloud Engineer from Accenture in San Francisco and believe the offer is low. Recruiter told me $100k/yr TC (I don't have a breakdown of the offer). Seems low for the SF Bay Area, no?

I currently have offers for both EY and RSM for Financial Due Diligence as a Senior Associate in a HCOL area (NY, San Fran). Assuming I get paid the same, does anyone think one offer would be better than the other? Being a HCOL, I know there will be more hours for either role but not sure if there are other factors I am not considering. Is anyone able to provide any insight about either firm to help make this decision?

Is 210k too low of a salary for San Francisco? I got offered a job at a FAANG company for 210k. I’m currently earning 140k with Deloitte and live in Denver. Initially thought a 50 percent jump was amazing but seeing rent prices in SF it’s scary.

Spouse and I are both consultants, household income $440k annually in Chicago. I received an offer with a company in San Fran with almost the same compensation but far lesser work hours (80 + today to 40 hrs/week). Can see myself having decent work like balance, but COL in SFO is concerning. Is SFO really that expensive?
