Hey fishes, 4 years ago, i applied for a visa to Australia and i got my grant letter yesterday. It has been only 5 months since i joined EY India. Having 4 years of experience in java spring boot, is it ok to drop my papers in EY and search a IT job in Australia? Also, I heard that there are some possibilities in EY, like there is some international transfer and a thing called boomerang. If yu ppl know these, give me an idea on this. I recently joined Philips R&D Bangalore (2 months ago) Before joining i interviewed for JPMorgan Chase Pune Now after two months they come with offer

My exp - 5.3 years, .NET

Philips Bangalore - 23.6 fixed+9%var = 26CTC, 3months NP JPMC Pune - 29 fixed + bonus on top of it


I'm not able to decide, worst case if Philips demands me to serve complete 3 months notice then there will be risk if JPMorgan Chase revoked for whatever reason.

Didn’t know if there was a better bowl for this but is there a difference between taking out a personal loan to pay off credit card debt vs a debt consolidation loan? I went with w a bank I already have a mortgage with and I know the branch manager and teller so I was comfortable with doing a personal loan. And the interest rate was almost 10% lower than my credit cards.

For people that are on the fence about the industry, I tell them to try another district. You know what you did and didn't like about your school so you can go in armed to see what another school is like. Don't be afraid to see the school, ask for a tour, talk to the teachers. Sky's the limit!
