My promotion year- so will reach around 12Lpa in Dec.

Expectation around: 18 is reasonable?

Job security wise: should i join this company, keeping in mind that Engencia acquisition by Amex will be completed in Dec.

I am 12 nights short of maintaining Marriott titanium status. I just got an offer for a Bonvoy Corporate Amex with a 15 night sign-up bonus and I also just started a new job that requires me to use a corporate Amex for all expenses. Usually I would pay $95 to enroll the company Amex in Member Rewards so I get the points. For this card the fee is $125. Will Amex let me convert my company card to Bonvoy Amex if I pay the $125?

Is the Amex platinum card worth it for the high fee? I travel a semi decent amount but want to make sure it’s justifiable if I get it.

Every time I'm trying to book a flight with my Amex points, I find that if I buy through the airline or an aggregator, I get a better deal which beats the margin which I get with the points. As a result I keep stacking points. It wasn't like that with Chase Travel. What are Amex points best for?
