In discussions with Coinbase for a Privacy role. Reporting to Associate General Counsel. What’s a good comp to target?

Taking a step down from manager at big 4 to associate consultant at zs, big pay increase ~30 (100k ->130k) but also a double decrease in title. Help me think through this. How much would the title change impact future exit ops considering I already have manager experience?
Think I could ask for consultant title or no dice?

Reason for leaving is more consistent exposure to strategy work at zs, higher comp and what seems like higher annual comp growth.

I’m not designated a senior associate, but my small firm (boss, myself, and a paralegal) is hiring a recent grad. Still needs to pass the hazing ritual (aka bar exam). I had someone (26 year old) apply for a non-advisor role on my wirehouse team who is currently an advisor at a bank channel. I don't think he is a good fit for the non-advisor role (wealth management associate) because he eventually wants to be an advisor again. Any reason not to explore him trying to move his book ($300k rev) to my team and see if he can make it as an advisor? I won't guarantee him completion of the FAA program but will mentor. Gotta earn equity partner in my opinion. Thoughts?

What are your thoughts when you see generally higher-desired role with few [quick apply] applicants on LinkedIn? (i.e Associate opening at a PE fund with only 25 applicants after the posting has been up for 2 weeks). Is it a red flag?

Potential incoming KPMG experienced hire looking to negotiate a comp. Nearing 14YOE with an MS. Currently at 220k base (4-6% annual bonus, 9% 401k match) at a company, and want to bring me on at the Senior Associate level (lol I know, I know). Gonna try to upgrade to a Manager level role if possible. Based on where I’m at, is KPMG going to even be close? I’m okay with a lateral move as well, since I’d like experience and branding also.
