I’m seeing exit opps in Pharma/Life sciences strategy for associate directors at about 70k on glassdoor. Seems a bit low for the experience - is this accurate?

Does anyone know how a corporate junior associate might (practically) try to get a job in the incoming Biden administration? Is a junior policy position the best fit for a corporate associate in the White House?

Hello Fellow Fishes, I'm being offered Senior Associate position at PwC India. My current compensation is 12.5 LPA and work ex 4.5 years. I've asked for a 50% raise to which HR said it's bit too high for the position and they'll get back to me with a number. What kind of number should I expect? Hello fellow fish I need some advice.
I’m currently making 50K at associate level with a 25% commission cap (with no chance to hit cap based on job limitation) in a Business Development role. I have 3 years of experience and with my skill set I could move to other companies for much more money. My concern is the ability to go back into a more complex selling role if I went based to a product based company. I know money isn’t everything, but the career path I’m in is very ambiguous. Any thoughts?

Hey fishes! I applied to a BCG Asia office 12 months ago with a partner referral & got auto-rejected. I didn't really know the partner well but he offered to refer me anyway after a 10 min call. I'm not sure if I got rejected because my profile sucks, or because I'm not from that Asian office/got an impersonal referral from the partner.

3 YOE w/ non MBA STEM masters + deep knowledge in a specific industry (w/ publications, etc). I have had recruiters and headhunters reaching out for everything from:
- FAANG BA (generalist)
- VC associate (generalist)
- director level roles at startups/ digital arms of F500 companies
- data scientist roles at hedge funds and F100 companies

What should an exit with this level of experience look like? I'm a bit surprised at the wide range of options and roles - some seem to be a bit of a stretch.
