Is organization/keeping track of stuff anyone else’s biggest weakness? I do fine/good in pretty much every role except the one time I was forced to be a PMO. I just don’t know how people do it, though that may be the ADD/ADHD talking. I swear the hardest job in the world to me would be being an executive assistant to some high power ceo.

Over the last 12 months my role changed significantlu so in Jan I approached the CEO about a raise and promotion more in line with my work and he said yes - but not until until the end of Q1 when budgets are finalized. Covid hit and I was told all promotions and raises were put on hold. I never got a Q2 review bc my manager said the raise was up in the air still. But on Friday the CEO sent an email listing 17 promotions, not including me. Im meeting w my manager tomorrow but idk what to say.
