What are hours like at EY-P, LEK, etc. compared to MBB? Pretty similar?

Due to lack of Masters in Management bowls, I¨ll try here! Sorry if invalid.

Looking for input on INSEAD or LBS.

Goal: VC long-term, MBB/T2 consulting short-term
A huge part of why MiM is networking/meeting new ppl, so I value a nice community/activitities
Not deadset on London, but would love to work outside of homecountry
INSEAD newer=smaller alumni nw, but their MiM seems to be on the uprise, will I miss out on something big?
London/Fonty+Singapore? Have not been to any of those

Do KT roles grow into the expert track? The most senior KT roles I ever see are like 6 YOE. I’m pretty aware of the KT teams positioning in MBB, but don’t really understand the growth trajectory. Anyone able to help me out - I’ve exhausted my google searching abilities. Thanks!

Does all of MBB still require COVID vaccination? Boosters?

Has anyone exited without a job lined up? 2nd year MBB associate and don’t want to make manager….and health has deteriorated too much to continue this job. I have some conversations and interviews through my network lined up but am budgeting upto 6 months.

The other consideration is that I’m halfway through a graduate program. It’s part-time so I’ve been going slow but could overload a few credits for the months I’m not employed and stay busy. Could use that as bridge on resume…thoughts?

I tried to punch through the roof of my car 12 years ago and crushed my fist against the steel chassis. I have had nerve damage all the way up to my jaw and a locked jaw since. And basically the right side of my body is useless. I’m happy to say today I got into MBB. Let’s see what else I can do with only one good side of my body.

At what level in MBB are you assigned personal admin staff/support? To help manage your schedule, etc. Or is that not really a thing?

Working at MBB with really good feedback so far and I think have a good chance of getting promoted and would make almost double my salary . But I’m burnt out and my health both physical and mental is a wreck due to the stress and lack of WLb. I may have a chance at exiting into a strategy role in tech but would I be crazy to do that in this current macro environment? I am definitely done with consulting but I feel like I’ll get burned if I leave into tech right now.

Got my MBB offer with a start for next summer, but I’m struggling with staying motivated and productive at my current job. I can’t get myself to care, and feel burnt out overall. How do you stay focused when you know you’re leaving soon?

So I am now in a top MBA and going into a tier1/MBB consulting firm.
I started my career in my families business we’re I worked really hard but did not feel very appreciated. I ended up leaving to live with my partner in another country and tried to enter investment banking knowing that I wanted to get an MBA. I had to take an internship and then got hired by a bank, soon enough I got fired but hired by a Big 4 ( start of covid) ended up getting laid off.

I’m looking at the BA role at McK, SA role at BCG and SAC role at Bain. I have a masters but my GMAT score is terrible so I am trying to decide if I should apply without the score or spend some time to write GRE before applying.

What’s the chance that MBB could reneg offer (received offer a few months back for start date in January)? Also wanted to ask if under current economic condition, opportunities may be limited (regarding projects, travels, etc).
