What’s the typical salary for an Associate Account Director in NYC working on Pharma?

Any funds associates ever look into working for an offshore firm? Pay is a little lower than in major US markets but it's a tax free jurisdiction.

Curious if anyone knows what senior associate/partner comp at a Walkers, Maples or Conyers is like.

Vc carry? Have an interview at a relatively new/small vc (few hundred million aum). They’re offering what sounds like a small base, no bonus, but carried interest (associate position, 3 yoe). Lowest paid associate on team (taking into account class year). Minority and woman. Next person up on salary also minority. How would you handle? Can you assume this is discrimination?

I did not realize how underpaid I was at my current firm/ position until I started applying for my same position elsewhere and saw the base starting salary at some companies/ other firms is around 10,000 more than where I’m at salary wise in my current firm (62k, HCOL, Senior Associate 1)

1st year manager at b4 between staying or zs (associate consult.)

Zs : lower title but higher salary and salary growth. Unsure of avg time to partner. more strategic work than at b4

Big4: 8+ years to partner on avg from where I am, good network within the firm, good wlb

Both would be “new roles” I’m moving internally. From what I can tell I don’t know how much zs will help exit ops outside of pharm.
