Any body joined/working Natwest in IT audit domain as Manager, what's the salary to expect for London region?

Anyone know what Program Manager packages range from at Intuit? I feel low-balled. I was on the initial 30 minute call and they asked my expectations, so I stated I’d like to here their range. They stated max salary: 167k, rsu 70k (4yrs to vet), and bonus 15%. I expect salary to be 225-300k and RSU to be over 100k

I have over 10 years in the payments space, some IT experience, and 8 years of Product Management. Role is based on Palto Alto/San Diego. Are there different Program Manager levels.

I'm a new manager. I was taught to give opportunities to others and know my team's motivation. In my team, there's a person who just doesn't care. She doesn't care about career progression or salary or getting fired. How to best manage her?

Context: During social interaction, I sensed she's either from a super rich family and has a very rich SO. It's none of my business, but I just want to learn how to manage her, as I can't find her motivation.

Hey all- I feel like I have always seen conflicted suggestions on when to leave and what position to leave for. I am an S2 (manager promo would be next year) making 80k in MCOL in audit. I have an offer for a senior accountant position with equity grant at hire and 100k base, no annual bonus. I feel like the base increase is more than I thought I could get, but is that true? Do I need to look for a different position in industry, or do I need to stay until manager? Any thoughts much appreciated

For those who make >200k annual and don’t have an MBA, would you consider doing an MBA given your compensation is so high? My sibling is a Sr. Manager at a consulting firm with >200k and thinking about getting an MBA and ROI.

Applied for a consulting manager job and l lowballed myself (PANICKED) when they asked my salary expectation during the interview (I said 130+ but I should have said 160-180). How can I fix it once I receive the offer? Can I say “after researching the market and hearing more about the position I wouldn’t make a switch for less than 170”? Or how else would you frame it? United Healthcare fishes, does anyone have any salary insight to Manager of Data Analytics? I’m interviewing next week with a recruiter and compensation will come up. I also would like to ask how to approach this one additional issue. Seeing as it’s the end of January, if they’re looking to fill the role prior to March, it would mean I walk away from my current employer’s bonus which pays out in the 2nd week of March. I’m expecting $20k. How do I go about asking for a one time starting bonus?

Got reached out to by a recruiter on LinkedIn, and set up a call to talk about the position. We talked on Tuesday and the call seemed to go very well. She said she would follow up by sending me the job posting to look at more in depth and confirm with the hiring manager that my salary requirements fit the position. I followed up thanking her for her time and expressing my excitement about the opportunity but still haven’t heard anything from her after our call.

Experienced hire Manager here, informed before Christmas that I’ll be taking another lap but not because of performance (5/5 on scats and all operating at next level) or metrics (22mm in MR) but the only reason is I need more time in the “saddle”… During this time, I’ve been replying to recruiters and after a PPMD interview last week, I was offered an SM role at a smaller firm with a base pay increase of 45% (225k) over my current salary. I’m a data engineer/engineering manager by trade and massively screwed up by going into MBB consulting, I absolutely despise it and am looking to leave about 8 months in. I have a great offer from a fortune 50 for product management in tech at a similar salary, way more RSU’s but can’t shake off the thought that I wouldn’t be an engineer anymore. Any advice from you guys to help get past my anxiety and just pull the trigger?
