Comp call Dallas Directors/SM

Mine : $180k base +10% bonus, 10 YOE

Promoted to SC waiting on comp. Will be in the last round of interviews at Wayfair for an SM role and they are talking a base comp at least $20k higher than what I make as a C. Is the grass greener?
