I graduated college 2 years ago and started working on RIA in FL as a Research Analyst. During this period I got my series 65 and brought to the company two clients (total assets of $3M). This being said, I am not very happy with my compensation. I know I am just starting my career, and that I need patience. I will like to get other people insight on how can I grow and earn more $$
Should I get a Masters in Finance?
Should I start looking for a job in a BD instead if RIA?

What’s the salary range for senior level roles like group director?

My team at sweetgreen has 2 Senior Technical Program Managers roles to fill in LA + OC. Base + bonus negotiable but could be high $100s to low $200s. Equity is on top of that. DM me for a referral!

In your review, do you actually list a particular % increase in salary you expect?

Do new PPEDD's all start at the same salary, or is everyone's base different? Like if you had an SM5 making $200K and one making $250K, and they both were promoted, would they both start at the same Partner comp?

How is SAP SDC for SAP Consultants?
I have offers from CG, IBM & SAP India. So, please suggest which will be better to join.

Tried to jump to a big 4 as a senior 2 in risk assurance . SF market - offered 93k base and 15k bonus. Is this worth?

Plan to go to B-school in 3 years (1 year out of UG now). Long term goal is entrepreneurship. Have offers at a MBB firm for a generalist consultant role and at FAANG for a strategy role. FAANG offer is slightly higher (though both are a 50+% bump on my current comp). Both would have me reset to entry level. Which one should I take?
