EY OTS core - M4 $170k base W region. High likelihood to be promoted to SM. Was told they start everyone at 205. Is that true? Is that a good starting salary for SM? I know some M's close to 200.

How much % jump in terms of TC $ should one expect from consulting to industry? Assuming a consulting Manager/Senior Manager makes ~180k-200k per year in TC (base + bonus).
