Average salary for Senior Manager (or equivalent) at Big 4 in Toronto?

Hey folks, I recently received an offer from Deloitte as a Level 5 Manager in the GPS group for $140K salary + $5K signing bonus. Should I counter? Also, is a Level 5 close to a Senior Manager Level?
