which is the organisation giving remote job, work from home role in India now ? Expected CTC 10L +, YOE - 9

I am currently interviewing for remote jobs. I need to take at least 3 days of vacation in September and work from Hawaii (I live on mainland USA) for a few weeks+ in October - where I would need to work shifted hours. At what point in the morning interview process should I let a company know? No one has asked “do you have upcoming vacation plans?” Or anything like that yet.

Not sure how to best prepare myself for this transition. Don't know if I should try to get a fully remote job as soon as I can given my state does not have reciprocity with any states. Worried about taking another bar exam and being jobless for several months. Anyone been in a similar position?

My parents are moving back to their home country in Europe in a year and I am thinking of moving back with them when I graduate college. I was born and started my career here in US but am looking to see what my options are transitioning from US HR to Europe HR (preferably UK/english speaking, but open to partial French roles) I have about 6 mo as a generalist intern.
