I have ADHD and it has been extremely hard for to function like a normal human being. Some days it’s a struggle to get out of bed. PM 🐠, I have an interview internally at my company (tech) for a PM role. I meet all criteria with the exception of having “led a team” and “have shipped at least 1 product” Is this over before it even started? What can I do/answer to overcome this? Weight loss is stagnating (23 M, 5’10” previously 210lbs 29.5% BF now 188ish lbs 21.5% BF) and I figure tuning up nutrition could be the extra kick I need.

I like RX bars, but thinking of switching to fruit with natural PB (I.e. only peanuts and oil) since guessing anything that isn’t processed will help give me that extra push to my goal (175 lbs 15% BF). Any ideas are appreciated!
