Previously worked on to some extent : AWS, docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Jfrog, Ansible, puppet.
CCTC: 18L fixed.
What is the market standard ?

PS: I'm a mother of two 😊 and I'm good at what I do so don't underestimate me.
I might be on lower shelves as I easily fall for remote jobs.

I’m 24 and recently married, went back to school last week for my BA in Business Administration because I’ve been in automotive industry since I was in High School with two AAS but stuck making under 60k. After school I know I want to make upwards of 60k starting out, not sure what I want to specialize in though. Will it be possible for me to land a majority remote job? How much difficulty will it be to obtain the higher paying ones? I am currently in the Baltimore,MD area.

I recently took a remote job as I needed it for some stability. Normally, I much rather stay self employed but for now, I need the steady paycheck.

I was able to get a full time salaried job that was remote and exactly what I was looking for.

However, upon my first day (today) I found out I need to sign a non compete. It also mentions an invention disclosure if I ideate it.

This has me a bit concerned as I have a startup (in hibernation for now) that I worry could be at risk if I signed it.

I have a friend with no college degree who was in an area manager role for a coffee company(4yrs). She essentially managed a few coffee shops and worked inside one as a direct people manager. Also managed supplies/stock etc.. The only role at my company I could think so refer her to is customer success but curious if anyone has made this pivot/if anyone has any ideas around a remote job paying $60k+ (Boston based). Vague, I know but had to ask. TIA!

I am working in LA, I accepted salary for a remote job, waiting for offer letter. Mean while my current company promoted me and now both have nearly same annual package. Is it okay to re negotiate? and how much is fair ask.
Current 160 base + 10% bonus = 176k
offer 147base + 12% bonus + 20k rsu/per year = 179K
Both companies are good, and I am happy with my current role. Both companies have growth opportunities.

How much to expect for home office set up for a 100% remote job? I want to shop for good screens and accessories. High tech sales based out of Canada.
