I’m at a mid size transactional firm. I’m a total night owl and my partners have OK’d me starting the workday at around 11am because I regularly work until midnight or later. I get so much more done after dark! I still get some side eye from other associates, but 🤷🏽‍♀️

Recently accepted a temp role as an HR admin for a former employer. Previously interned there & left because my supervisor did not have any growth opportunities planned out for me; this was in spite of my stellar performance, as reflected in my 90 day review. She has since left the company, but there’s crazy turnover in the company & in the HR department in particular. Just that an HR coordinator resigned. Is it worth going back into a dumpster fire w/ no leadership to gain experience?

Hi all, I currently work for a mid-size non profit after graduating from university last May. My main role is recruiting, but I really would like to move to the ER side. My degree is not in HR, so I was going to stay at this role for a year to start working on my SHRM. Does anybody have any tips on moving into more ER related roles from recruiting? Thank you!

Hello!! I am private practice providing psychotherapy. I am paneled with CareFirst insurance in the Dc area. My schedule fee for reimbursement is 109.97 and was wondering if this is the norm for this area?

Considering trying to make a pivot. Currently a prosecutor. I have a lot of trial experience and did some ID work. Are there any logical roles aside from just litigation to keep an eye on as for as in house? I’ve been thinking there must be some applicability to the investigation skills I’ve developed but I don’t know what the move should or would be. My wife and I file a joint return. We were part time residents in 2020z unfortunately, we both filed our joint tax return. My wife sent via paper and I sent electronically. Any idea what happens now? Can't get ahold of anyone.
