I havw my joining at IBM Labs(ISL) and joining is next tuesday but today I got a call drom Barclays that my interviews are cleared but process will take 3-4 weeks.
What do I now??


I told HR that I have my new joining but she said we cant make process so early.

I joined HCL 2 months before. I have around 3 YOE in SAP ABAP. Here i got support project with no work at all. I have talked to one senior person in team and they say only debugging work would come and that might come in next 2-3 months. What should i do ? Has anyone left big 4 or other PA firms tax transaction service groups for industry (or know of anyone)? What was the role and salary bump, how are annual bonuses/raises in industry, what is a typical work week (hours) like? I don’t think I can take this always on just to stay afloat life much longer. For context I am considered a high performer, am near the top of the salary band at my level and have a great supporting network at Deloitte. It’s just not worth it to have zero personal life.
