Why is it taking forever to get an offer letter… I got a verbal offer but still waiting for the official letter for 2weeks. Recruiter gives me heads up that it’ll take couple of weeks but still.. i’m so nervous. Should i concern? My mental is about to go crazy haha

Is 7 weeks too early to start thinking I may have made a huge mistake in switching to my current gig? Went from a big firm to work for a smaller firm. The people in the smaller firm are protective of their work and are good by their work too. I no longer feel chaos or stress. I am treated with respect and my schedule is more normal. I am even working more billable hours than before, but it feels like a seamless experience. I don’t work then past 5pm or anything out of the ordinary for this time of the year. I am so grateful!

4YOE @Amazon & trying to lateral to a similar role @FAANG. Have my undergrad GPA (3.8/4) on resume from top 15 school but colleague says to take it off (looks silly). If it’s a good school & high GPA, why ever take it off your resume? Even if 10 YOE...can’t hurt?
