Will Workday be more or less relevant to you in a few years? My org is looking at adopting Workday for HR and some FP&A purposes. We try to be a forward looking org and only adopt things that will be relevant a few years down the road.We've heard mixed things about Workday and I just want to hear from those that use it what you think. One of my executives thinks he is being endearing by calling women "Baby" "Gorgeous" "Sweetie" and he calls men "handsome". I have had multiple complaints against him from female employees and vendors. Does anyone know of any good training courses or advice that can help in this scenario?
Just venting. I’m tech, and many employees (like 85%) think that being a jerk is a badge of honor and their EQ is like at high school level, so talking to them about diversity issues is like banging head against the wall. They insist that any diversity hire is costing a job to another person with PhD. On top of it, another fancy thing to do in tech is to hate HR. So the conversations usually are like “Oh, you’re in HR, I understand now why you have such a stupid opinion”.
I’m curious to see what the average pay for a campus recruiter in NYC is. I’m one year into this role, came in entry level, and already got promoted, but I want to make sure I’m getting fairly compensated. Any other recruiters here?

I was recently put on a 30day plan, busted my ass on it and was let go during covid. I’m beyond hurt and I feel very targeted and it never felt fair. What else could I do? Wondering what is your take on this. 3 months into my 6 months internship in a family office, the investment manager asked me if i want to apply to their portfolio analyst/business controller role with the possibility to move to investment associate in about 2 years. Upside being i don't need to hustle for another internship or full time job, but how does 2 years middle office look on my resume? Guess not great, don't want to get stuck if there is no headcount at the end. What do you think?

I've been putting my 401k into a target date fund, but the risk/upside just isn't high enough given I'm not retiring for another 30 years.
