How do you review resumes in a way that reduces implicit bias? I just finished reading the book, "Biased," which discusses the implicit biases we all hold. Our company has not invested in an ATS software, and we’re looking to create a scoring rubric / database in excel based on the job description and candidates. What are ways to ensure the resume review process controls for bias and is still efficient / expedient?
Will Workday be more or less relevant to you in a few years? My org is looking at adopting Workday for HR and some FP&A purposes.
