I’m a first year lawyer and I was hired by very prestigious firm about 2 months ago. Been working remotely for the last month. I feel like ever since day 1 I’ve been treading water. I have years of experience working at law firms, but now as an attorney I feel like a little kid in the major leagues. Simply put, I feel stupid because the caliber of work product is so high and I feel like my drafting is nowhere near their level. Sometimes I second guess whether I can cut it. Tips for a new lawyer?
