I work for a small consulting in AZ and this is my first time assisting intern recruitment. We offer $31.25/ hour and we are getting questions left and right about housing stipends from out-of-state candidates.

I totally get why they are asking and I am researching to see what other firms are doing out there.

I have a little over a year of experience as a Partner Success Manager at a Tech company. My company is looking to do salary negotiations this year. When I started out, my base was 70k plus commission of 10k minimum extra. Curious to know what others are making as a PSM and also looking for other opportunities!

I just saw a stat on SHRM that best in class orgs have $1,100 per employee budget for HR (including all HR FTE’s, systems, etc) this seems unreal. Is anyone willing to share how they develop their HR budget? And what’s included?

I think AFRM is a solid long term stock. 1) Down 70% from highs, 2) Solid customer/revenue growth, 3) has partnership with Shopify/Amazon, 4) can get potentially acquired, 5) potential for more growth if recession were to happen. Thoughts? Open to criticism too

Hi, I got an offer letter from Accenture with DOJ 1st of March but my current organization release me on the 4th of march, in that case, what should I need to do as I have already sent a mail to HR to extend my offer letter till 6th of March and she agreed on that.
