Yes..when my kids nap more than an hour and past a certain time, its takes a long time for them to fall asleep at night..we started reducing naps gradually until they eventually didn't need to nap (around 4)
95% of the time, they are in bed at the same time every day. If there are 2 things we have prioritize for our kids (current 5 & 3), it’s regular sleep and reading. Even the little one will look at books for hours and make up stories
No, but avoid it if you can.. shorter naps are better than no naps. We don't let my son nap past 3:30, otherwise it's the same. Let her sleep for an hour if she'll do it.
EY1 - Yea was thinking maybe even 30 min nap
Both kids just quit at 3. We tried everything but they would just stay away. They sleep at night from 7:30 - 7:30
Yea when she doesn’t nap, she falls asleep around 7:30. What about the weekends? What if your out or something - do you have them in bed around the same time?
Mine quit naps at 2.5ish, but started to go to bed earlier
Now she sleeps 8-7 solid (shes 4)
